2. General Refund Policy

Important: All sales are final. Due to the instant delivery nature of our digital PDF products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a PDF has been successfully generated and delivered.

When you complete a purchase:

  • The PDF is instantly generated with your provided information
  • You receive immediate access to download the completed form
  • The document is stored in your account for future re-downloads
  • The product has been fully delivered and cannot be "returned"

3. Refund Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

3.1. Technical Errors

If our system fails to generate or deliver your PDF due to a technical error on our end, we will either:

  • Regenerate and deliver the PDF at no additional charge, or
  • Issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved

3.2. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) immediately upon verification.

3.3. Service Unavailability

If you paid for a service but our platform was completely unavailable and you could not access or download your PDF within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund
